We limit access to the nonpublic personal information, including financial and health information, to those who need access to provide products and services to policyholders and others as permitted or required by law. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to better protect against the misuse of nonpublic information under our control. We do not provide nonpublic personal information to any non affiliated firms for marketing purposes except as required by law.
